3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may file a counter-notification. This notice must include:

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- Your signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that a court action has been filed.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate user access to the site if they are determined to be repeat infringers.
